I think sauce fired noodle is very simple dish, but very delicious. Only used vegetable and sauce fired noodle. This is very good match and easy to done.

This is very popular food in China, Guangdong area. This is famous food from my mother’s home town. It’s divide salt and sweet. Salt one is white carrot, salty vegetable, small shrimp and meat. Sweet one is red bean paste and sugar. Like 和果子, but not so sweet. So, many people like it.

I like eat sweet dessert. This is Chinese dessert. I like it so much. Inside is chicken’s egg and milk and sugar. The surface add some coconut chop. Very very good. I can eat all.

丸子 ~ we called 湯丸. We like eat with sweet soup, that’s mean sugar water. This is different color of 丸子. Of course, the taste is different. Green tea, red bean, 竽頭, black sesame, yolk and milk, sweet lotus paste. I like all.

White sauce with fried 豚柳 rice

White sauce most cook with fish or sea food. This time, cooked with fried 豚柳. I think the pork cooked too dry. The taste is not match. I like this sauce with sea food. And the vegetable is less. And pork and ham is main food.

Potato fired pastry

Actually, I don’t like eat potato any more, but I like eat fired food. This potato fired pastry, I ate in [和亭] ~ a Japanese popular restaurant. Potato mixed with starch and salt. Then fired it. Finally, add the butter when eating. Very very delicious.

Prawn Toast is a very delicious food, many people like to eat. Maybe the fresh prawn is sweet. Fried it so the taste is brittle. The sesame on the top is good smell. When eating add the salad sauce. The taste is better.

[九菜] is a kind of vegetable. Mixed with starch, salt, sugar, pepper, sauce, wine etc… Then fried it. Very good taste.

Today is Japan 311 [東日本大震災] 1 year. Very fast is 1 year, this too sad dated, I think all people in world must not forget. I hope all people in world must remember how do not waste the resources, resourses is rarely.

I like eat cold dish, so this iced noodle is very suitable for me. Boiled the chicken’s leg, then mixed with iced noodle, some vegetable. Mainly is the sauce, very good.

This dish is very popular in Hong Kong. I like it so much because the sauce is sour and sweet. Pork with some bone, add starch then fried it. Cook the green and red pepper, onion, pineapple, then put the sour and sweet sauce. Finally add the pork. Very delicious.

Actually, this is 湯圓(stuffed dumplings made of glutinous rice flour served in soup) but no sweet water. Boiled the 湯圓 with some chop peanut. My mother like it so much. But, I rather like has sweet water.

This European dish is simple cook. Only ham and chicken with cheese and cream, add some salt, pepper, olive oil. Then baked. Very good smile and delicious.

It is pepper hot dish. Because I don’t like pepper, I don’t want to order at first. But I like eat cashew, and my family like eat chicken. So ordered. The sauce is salty and pepper hot, I think more people like it.

I remembered first time I ate this dish in Chinese restaurant. I think this is Chinese dish. This time I ate in Japanese restaurant. The feel is different because the taste like tanpula. I like it.
